My twin sister and I stayed one night, from last night until today, and the whole hotel was super clean and smelled good. We got wonderful five-star service from front desk employees ms jona and ms lovelyn, and from HR maricel. They were all super nice and helpful. Such great customer service!

I needed somewhere quiet near Diliman for a solo business trip, and Hotel Sogo was a great value. The room was modern, the WiFi stayed strong during video calls, and the desk worked well enough for my work. I barely heard anything from the hall or other rooms, which matters a lot to me. The shower also had strong pressure and plenty of hot water. For the price, the privacy, cleanliness, and practical amenities are hard to beat. It’s a comfortable, efficient, no-fuss option for business travelers who want a quiet private room rather than lots of public facilities.

We’re very grateful to Ma'am Maricel, sir Ferdie, Lovelyn, Jill, and Jona for taking such good care of us. We left some jewelries behind, and they kept them safe until we came back. They helped us a lot during our stay. Great service!
