The location is very accessible for groups, and the owner and caretaker were flexible and accommodating. One bathroom wasn’t working during our stay, but the rest of the amenities were great. I’d recommend it.

The rooms were acceptable, but the bathrooms had very weak water pressure, a faint sewage smell, and cockroaches. The ping-pong balls were broken and flat, so we couldn't play. Quiet hours were enforced so strictly that the police were called, which made us uncomfortable. We were also charged late and cleaning fees even though we'd cleaned, and charged for chairs that were worn out or already broken. Be careful.
Great for family gatherings. The staff were very accommodating, and I'd highly recommend it. Thank you!
The place has some real conveniences: it's easy to get to, the rooms are spacious and look nice, and the garage fits a couple of cars plus a couple of motorcycles. Netflix worked without much buffering, and having a table tennis setup was a nice idea. Cooking supplies were complete, though LPG cost P200. Bring dish soap if you want to use the utensils, and there weren't enough for more than eight guests. We arrived at 1:45 and the caretaker let us wait in the lobby so we wouldn't be outside. We didn't use the first-floor rooms until 3, or the refrigerator, to avoid an early check-in charge. Even so, cleaning was still underway after 3, perhaps because the previous guests had checked out late. The pool still had cups and debris, and it was only partly cleaned after 4. We stopped swimming at 9 after asking to extend pool time, hoping it would be cleaned for the morning, but it wasn't cleaned again. The poolside lights were off, and we had to figure out how to switch them on ourselves. The refrigerator is only on the first floor, unlike the photos, and there's none upstairs. The grill, rice cooker, and pan were dirty, so we cleaned those ourselves; we gave up on cleaning the coffee maker. There was no water heater because the caretaker had borrowed it and hadn't returned it while he was unwell, so we heated water in a saucepan instead. Three unsealed drinking-water containers were provided instead of the five gallons, as the local water station was closed. We were short on bedding too: the three-bed room had two blankets and five pillows instead of three blankets and six pillows, and the first-floor room with two beds had just one blanket. The dartboard had no darts, and only two life vests were supplied; five would have been acceptable. For one night with 14 people, it felt too expensive given this experience. I don't think I'll return.
We really loved the place, the rooms, and the ambience. The owner was so accommodating, and kuya jun, the caretaker, was super kind and attentive. Thank you so much, and thanks again. Till next time!
