The elevator attendant was nice, and they cleaned our room every other day. They also have a gym. It took a week after we moved in before we could get a hot shower, and the fingerprint lock was awful: I had to try more than ten times each time I wanted to enter. The soundproofing was poor too. In the morning, car horns from the street woke me up instead of my alarm.

The place itself was okay, but the staff gossiped too much and didn't protect my information. People from outside could easily access it at the counter.

The only upside was being close to our itinerary. The air conditioning was bad and the room stayed a bit hot, since the wall control was broken and I couldn't adjust it.

The elevator operator was the only friendly person I dealt with. He smiled sincerely and spoke politely. The female security guard was grumpy and bossy, and made me feel unwelcome. When I explained that I needed internet access to download the scanner and submit my information for their COVID policy, she said I wasn't allowed to use the hotel's internet. The male staff member covering the front desk was unprofessional. First he said their records showed no booking, even though I had booked ahead on Agoda, then he changed his explanation and gave me a form to fill out. When I asked for a receipt for the 1,000 peso security deposit, he raised his voice. I apologized for asking, and he had me photograph my information sheet with his ID and the 1,000 pesos I'd given him. The maintenance man sent to fix problems in my room was unhelpful and spoke loudly to me as if I weren't a guest. I ended up sleeping with the TV on all night because it wouldn't turn off. The three staff members I mentioned were unfriendly, acted very proud, and spoke to me in a condescending way.
