The Cirque Serviced Residences

There’s plenty to do here, from strolling and biking to basketball, badminton, and eating out. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were spacious and clean. I loved the big smart TVs. The pool could be improved, though, and I hope they clean it properly next time.

We spent the weekend with friends in a 2 bedroom flat and really liked it. The bedrooms are a little small, but they worked for us. The fixtures were new and modern, the full kitchen came with utensils and cooking essentials, and we enjoyed the free wifi and huge TV.

The room itself was spacious, with two bathrooms, but there were hardly any toiletries and one bathroom didn’t even have toilet paper. Sky was under maintenance during our stay, so there was no cable, and the wifi kept cutting in and out. Breakfast was included, but we had to walk outside to the Circulo Verde strip to claim it at an affiliated restaurant. At least we could choose breakfast, lunch, or dinner, as long as the restaurant was open. We booked a one bedroom loft type room in Cirque Serviced Residences. Our confirmation email listed a 1000 pesos deposit, but at arrival we were told it was actually 2000 PER NIGHT. I’d read reviews mentioning this and hoped they’d changed it, but apparently they hadn’t. It wasn’t a bad staycation, though we could have had a better experience.

The place was new and clean, and the room was made up, but they hadn’t refilled the teabags. Breakfast arrived much too early, at 5:30 am. Parking was confusing: finding the right slot was a hassle, and the numbers were barely visible. During our stay, the access door to the parking area was always closed, so twice we had to find another way around.
