One elevator was being repaired, and the only one still working required a tap card. I asked the front desk and lobby guard if I could leave my card so my co-guest could use the elevator when he returned from an errand. They flat-out refused. It felt unreasonable and unsafe to be stuck downstairs over a simple rule, with no help or empathy. What if someone needed medication, had left a child upstairs, or had forgotten something cooking? Something similar happened when they wouldn’t help us even though the admin and guard had copies of our IDs. We were confirmed guests, but they left us stranded. I’m seriously considering filing reports about possible Building Code, hospitality (DOT) and OSH violations. QC authorities or DOT should look into this. Let’s test the waters.

The room was big, and the staff were fine, but the hallway was very warm and only one elevator was working. There was water damage, the bidet leaked, and the shower was awful. We were staying here for my CFO appointment.

4/10
The room was uncomfortable because the air conditioning barely worked and didn’t get cold. The bidet was practically useless, just a slow drip, and both the cabinets and shower handle were broken. The pillows were old and disgusting. For the price, this wasn’t worth it at all. It needs serious maintenance and better housekeeping. Avoid it if you expect a decent, comfortable stay.

The hotel had a relaxed, homey feel, and the staff were friendly and helpful. My BFF and I had an amazing stay at Torre Venezia Hotel. Our room was cozy and really cold, just right for relaxing and getting comfortable after a long day out. It’s also in a convenient, accessible spot for getting around the city. A nice place for a quick getaway or time with friends. I’d love to return!

The Verona room at Torre Venezia Hotel was spacious and cozy, just right for unwinding after a long day. We had a pleasant stay, with courteous, attentive staff. The in-house restaurant serves delicious meals, and the pool area was impressively clean, good for a quick dip or a bit of lounging. A solid Quezon City option for convenience and relaxation. I’d definitely consider coming back.
