The bedding smelled bad, and I hope they'd replace it rather than have guests use it like that. We booked two rooms for two nights. The location was especially good, and everything else was fine.

I liked staying here. The rooms are spacious, clean, and modern, with basics like a fridge, microwave, and electric kettle. The staff were helpful, and when something was wrong in the room, they fixed it. It felt cozy and quiet, and the garage was handy. There's a convenience store beside the lobby, plus small restaurants and a laundromat next door. Kalayaan Ave and Maginhawa St. are close by and have lots of restaurants, which makes this an ideal QC base. Some rooms are residences, so people live in the building too.

I've stayed here a couple of times and found the price reasonable. It's along Malingap Street, with plenty of restaurants on both Malingap and Maginhawa within easy walking distance. A convenient place to stay in the Diliman area.
