I wouldn’t recommend going here. It may look nice at first, and perhaps it is initially, but the guards seem to issue fines for everything. They say it’s for “violating rules,” yet there are no signs showing the rules, and when you ask, they can’t provide them. When you’re fined, they treat you like a criminal. Today a guard recorded through my unit window, filming the bedroom on his phone without my permission or knowledge. That seems like a clear violation of multiple privacy laws. I guess he won’t be fined for it.

For a staycation, there are three outdoor pools, and the area has three major malls, restaurants, motels, banks, turo-turo places, a convenience store, LBC and a laundry shop. A Bayad Center is supposed to open soon in the Tower 1 lobby. The full-size pool is only about four feet deep. To use the pool, guests need to get a stub from the admin office, then exchange it for a wristband with the guard in Tower 2. Guest limits depend on the unit: studios and one-bedroom units can have two guests per day, while two-bedroom units can have up to four. The admin staff aren’t very nice, and only a few security guards are courteous, most are rude. I think it’s good for staycations, but I wouldn’t recommend buying a unit here.

Very nice place, with good 5G. There’s covered parking and a box and parcel drop-off area.

If you need to stay in Fairview, this large condo complex could be a good option. There are several units rented out on Airbnb, and it’s near three malls and a number of restaurants.
