The guest service was polite and professional, but room 721 had very slow internet for the full 7 days I was there, June 12 -19 of this year. It got faster at the mezzanine or lobby. I only got 2 soaps during the stay instead of a new one each day. There are two elevators, but the guards said only one was being used for guests, so everyone had to wait. On the nights I came home late, I saw all the guards sleeping. I don't want to be a jerk, but I have to mention it. It was very cheap, P10K for 7 days, so I know what to expect. If you have extra money for a hotel, look somewhere else. If you don't have a budget, you may have no choice. Hopefully future guests know this “HOTEL” is really a DORM-TEL!!!!! (most students).
