Don’t stay here. The pool was the main reason we chose this hotel over one closer to our destination, since it was advertised as an amenity included with the room. After we checked in and went to use it, we were told it was only for special events and couldn’t be used by us. The listing never mentioned that restriction. They also advertised complimentary bottled water in the rooms, but there wasn’t any. When I raised both problems at the front desk, they brushed me off and didn’t seem to care. The advertised amenities weren’t what we got.

They take too long to respond to concerns, and complaints don’t seem to get solutions. The receptionist also doesn’t greet customers and needs better communication skills. The room felt somewhat smaller than a Deluxe Room.

There were cockroaches sharing our tiny room, and the sink water smelled bad. Housekeeping needs work too: there was no door sign, and the room was only cleaned when we asked. Use with caution.

The room looked much bigger in the photos, and though I booked for three adults, it would only have been comfortable for one. We also found cockroaches in the bathroom. Bring your own extension cord if you stay here: there are only two sockets, and neither has a cover, which could be hazardous. The employees don’t greet guests.

We were three adults and one child, and the small, clean room was definitely crowded. It’s really only suited to one or two people. We stayed one night before our flight the next day. The rate was cheap, and you can’t ask for more at that price. There’s no breakfast. The pool is somewhere else, and we didn’t get a chance to see it.
