Star View - Villa Pedro Boutique Wellness Resort

We’ve just spent 6 nights here, and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Everything was perfect and beyond what we expected. Claire, Money, Anlie and Erica gave us second-to-none service, and made us feel very special. It was absolutely beautiful.

The local team on site was warm, kind, and welcoming. Thank you for that. The property and especially the rooms are aging, the internet was weak and unreliable, and we had multiple power outages. The location is very remote, with long, expensive transfers from the harbor and airport. Guests depend entirely on the on-site logistics, which didn’t work reliably. Basic requests, including transport or tour arrangements, went unanswered. Prices also lacked transparency and consistency. P.S. to Mr. Michel Frey, the "Managing Owner": I took note of the message you sent through your staff. You expected me to pay more than the publicly available online rate, even though my stay had already been settled through American Express at the highest applicable room rate.

A stylish, relaxing resort with well-maintained amenities. A good fit for a luxury stay.

We came for 2 nights to celebrate New Year, and liked the quiet, peaceful atmosphere, even though it’s quite far from the city. The room was spacious and clean, and the service was great. Staff were always smiling, welcoming, and approachable, just like the owner. A wonderful stay for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended!
