Staycation Hotel

They gave us a different checkout date at the last minute, despite our telling them on 20 January that we’d check out on the 1st of February. On the 31st they said we were only staying until then. They also claimed we owed extra for staying over a weekend, something never explained at check-in. The staff were dishonest for the most part and kept trying to collect extra fees. Never coming back to this den of rip-off artists. If you can find a better place like Lake Isabelle, I highly recommend it.

What a nightmare. My senior citizen discount wasn’t honored, even though I was a walk-in and paid CASH. The toilet was clogged, the furniture looked cheap, and there was no drinking water in the room. I stayed in the "Penthouse". It was roomy but had no character. Breakfast could be upgraded, and the price was way higher than I expected. The AC was excellent, the only good thing about the stay.

The rooms were clean and new, but we weren’t given any water during our stay. The dispensers on our floor were supposed to have water, but they were empty. We were parched the whole time. The hotel should at least provide water for its guests.

Ara at reception was so professional and answered all my questions with a smile. She even helped me order pizza. We really liked the place, and the price was very reasonable. Simple, just right, and somewhere we'd recommend to friends and family.
