Greenhills Elan Hotel

Elan Hotel Annapolis is in a very convenient location, and the staff try to be friendly and helpful. There are some things that could make a stay more comfortable, such as better attention to room cleanliness, amenities, and parking for guests. It would also be nice if requests for higher-floor rooms could be accommodated when possible. I noticed a loose screw on a window, so safety needs attention too. With some improvements, the hotel could offer a more comfortable and secure stay.

The staff were polite and attentive the whole time, and the bed was cozy. My room was spacious, spotless, and well maintained, with the amenities I needed. The bathroom was exceptionally clean too. I’d recommend this hotel if you want a relaxing, hassle-free stay.

You really have to see it for yourself, that’s what I can say. The rooftop pool in their post looked so attractive, and I’d put these hotel suites somewhere from above average to very good. I gave five stars because I think the place has the capacity to be a five-star stay, not because that’s my rating of the whole experience. Our unit was more than decent, actually fine, with a good furniture layout and floor plan for 3-4 people. It’s a bit pricey, though maybe still practical for what you get. Security was good, which is a plus. The basement parking is tricky: only one car fits going in or out, and the curb is small, so maneuvering, especially when parking or leaving, is difficult. If there were an emergency, I’d feel uneasy. Try it and share your own experience. Thank you!

The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were very friendly and service minded. The location is good too, right next to Greenhills mall and surrounded by lots of shopping and restaurants.
