We felt relaxed throughout our stay, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were warm and accommodating, and their service went beyond what we expected. It made the trip memorable. We'll definitely return and recommend the hotel to friends and family.

I've never been to a worse hotel. They played super loud music all night and kept us from sleeping. I complained to the staff, but they just told me to upgrade to a more expensive room.

The check-in took a little longer than expected. While showing me around, the owner noticed a 1,000-peso bill had fallen from my pocket and gave it back. That was really honest of her, and it earned the place five stars from me.
