Bugs and mosquitoes were in the room, and even with the AC running it stayed so hot that I couldn't sleep. The water was either unavailable or sandy and dirty, and there was no lift to the third floor, which wasn't convenient. I don't understand the 5-star rating they call Reddoorz. This place should be improved or shut down. At 1,500 pesos, or even 999, it's overpriced for what you get. To me it's worth 300 pesos a night. Never again, avoid it.

We had booked two nights, but after that nightmare of a first night we checked out a day early. The water was full of rust, and without improvising, we would have ended up smelling of it. There's water, but the pressure is so weak that the shower and bidet are barely useful. Hygiene is a necessity, but how can you keep clean without proper water? Read this before booking. I wouldn't choose this hotel or inn.

The receptionists were really hospitable, and the price is affordable. The AC is strong, but the WiFi in my room wasn't very good. The room wasn't messy or dirty, though they could have cleaned it better.

The room walls and bathroom were really dirty. There was no hot water, and the water was nearly black. They have their own well instead of being connected to the water system, and in the Philippines that isn't the quality you'd expect.
