The place was filthy, with dog waste and a horrible smell. There was no service and no hot water for showers. I would never stay here again.

We left at 9:30 that same night and found another hotel after just one night. The room had no window, cockroaches, a feces smell, and an AC that didn't work. It looked nothing like the photos, so I wonder if they hired a professional photographer. The dogs at what felt like someone's house barked constantly, and the noise made it impossible to sleep. I can't see how they call this a resort. If you're after a cheap place, Don Rio Hotel is about ten minutes down the road and has a pool. I'd steer clear of this place. It's the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, hands down.
