I was hoping for a special meal at Hotel Fina to celebrate my daughter’s graduation, and I’d recommended the restaurant to others before. We placed an advance order so everything could come together on time, but some of us were still waiting to be served when the food arrived, and it wasn’t as warm as expected. That affected the whole dining experience, and left me disappointed. I know the restaurant was very busy, likely because of graduation season, and I appreciate the staff’s effort during a peak period. I hope the food and service can stay consistent even at busy times, and that this feedback helps improve future visits.

The coffee beans are clearly well understood by the baristas, and my americano was extracted just right. The muffins and coffee went great together. Kudos, guys! Love from Palawan.

The rooms and pool were nice, and the place was very clean. Breakfast was free and amazing on all three days we were there. Dinner was delicious, but expensive, and took over an hour to arrive after we ordered. At the sky bar, we were served right away, but waited more than 15 minutes for our order despite only a few other people being there. Nobody came back to ask if we wanted anything else, so we would have stayed longer if service had been better. Go for the rooms and breakfast, but don’t expect much service when eating or drinking there.

The free ride to Tabaco port was a big help with all our luggage. The hotel is right in front of LCC Mall, making it a convenient and comfortable place to stay. The staff are helpful and courteous.

Hotel Fina was a great experience and good value for its price. We got a free transfer to Tabaco Port, and the customer service was great. Good location, and breakfast at Bona Cafe was nice. ❤️
