The place was spacious, clean, and right in the heart of the city. A few things could be better, though. Some food was bland and seemed rushed. If customers are kept waiting, especially after arriving early, it’s hard to expect them to settle up or give up the room on time. The crew pointed out that the room reservation was for 6pm, but we didn’t get the room by 6. The front desk had first called them to check it and get it ready. I also had to repeat beverage orders twice, but the bill was still higher because the bucket was doubled. They corrected the bill, which I appreciate. Still, if we’d consumed it all without counting each piece, the mistake might have gone unnoticed. We should have counted too, but I’d clarified the order ahead of time and specified it. Some people will check what they ordered, not how many were ordered.

The town center location was excellent and the staff were very pleasant. The price was good, though the room was very small.

For a work trip, this place worked out pretty well. The taxi driver from the airport recommended it. My room was tidy and breakfast filled me up, and being near city hall and a park made it easy to explore after work. The one downside was the thin walls. I could hear kids playing in the next room.

The complimentary breakfast was a wow, and the smart TV came with YouTube and a premium Netflix subscription. The service was very commendable, and the facilities and amenities were great for such affordable room rates. The location is convenient too, just a stone’s throw from the public market, restaurants, port, and terminal. This hotel is the best of all the best!
