Cabins by Eco Hotels

The hotel is pet-friendly, and I especially liked having the in-house rescue cats around. That gives the place a lot of heart and character and fits its eco-conscious, compassionate values. The staff were phenomenal, attentive, kind, and welcoming, which really made the stay special. The space is on the small side, but it's thoughtfully arranged and works well for a comfortable stay. My one suggestion is to refresh the towels and bedding, which felt somewhat worn. Updating them would improve comfort. I really enjoyed my stay and appreciate what this eco cabin hotel stands for.

The hosts were friendly and helpful, and we could walk to Olivares Plaza and street food. We enjoyed dinner we'd packed on the lovely rooftop, looking over the lake. The rustic interior felt cozy and sustainable. Across the road, Ayala Mall is separated from the hotel by barricades, likely to stop jaywalking, so reaching it means walking a couple hundred metres to the overhead pedestrian crossing or roundabout. Our first room had poor air conditioning, no water pressure, and no hot water. The host moved us straight away to a much better room, though its water pressure was still lower than we liked. Overall, a very nice stay at a unique hotel.

The rooftop deck was a great place to unwind, with an awesome view, and we had it all to ourselves. The whole crew was welcoming and accommodating. We spent one night in a standard room; it was small, but clean and cozy, and we were very comfortable.

This was our second stay at The Cabins Eco Hotel, and we'll surely come back again. The room is clean and adequate, though small, and the service staff were polite and accommodating. Its location is handy, with a mall right next door and cafes and restaurants all around. Best of all, it's pet-friendly!!!
