The free breakfast was yummy, and the staff were really friendly and accommodating. We brought our three dogs and there was no pet fee. House 1 worked well for our big family, and the place was clean. The heater did work, but hot water only lasted a few minutes before turning cold. The pool was very, very cold, so we didn't swim much, and the jacuzzi wasn't working. We stayed Dec 25-26.

The hotel crew were very polite. The rooms were good, though a little small, or maybe just about right.

The place looks gorgeous at night with all the lights on, and the staff were courteous, friendly, and easy to approach. Our room had a big, comfy king-size bed, and the toilet and bath were well maintained. The shower heater wasn't working, though, so the water was chilly and we skipped bathing for a day, haha. There’s a pool table and videoke, and the pool is a good size for the guests. The pool jacuzzi works perfectly, but only from 7-8pm. Best part, it's pet-friendly. The place itself was clean and tidy.

My colleagues and I had a great time here, and the fried ice cream was yummy. It’s a lovely, quiet spot for family bonding or just some peace and quiet. The staff were friendly and accommodating too. We stayed June 22-23, 2019. The road to the resort is narrow and dark at night, though. 😍

A nice spot to relax and unwind. The staff were friendly, courteous, and easy to talk to. They had buffet breakfast, welcome drinks, and free ice cream too. Best of all, pets are welcome.
