The room felt open thanks to the wall colors, and the laminated floor and ceiling gave it an elegant feel. It was spacious, with a striking design, preserved furniture, and artwork on the walls. A great choice.

I really liked how pretty the room was, and we enjoyed the bathtub, but the rest of the experience fell short. The TV had just one channel, which was super annoying, the bidet didn’t work properly, and the room next door was noisy enough that we could hear children screaming. The walls clearly didn’t block much sound. We were two people but got only one shampoo, one soap, and one shower gel, not enough for more than one use each. I understand wanting to reduce garbage, but basic toiletries should still be provided. The reception also didn’t explain check-in or checkout details, so we had to figure them out ourselves. I booked for my birthday because Agoda users rated the hotel Exceptional, and I’d expected more. They charged a 2k deposit for one night, which wasn’t something I’d been asked for at other hotels I’d stayed in. Luckily, I had cash. Please improve the amenities and service.

The room was dirty, with hair on the bed, two sinks clogged and smelling bad, and Wi-Fi that was painfully slow and barely worked. Service was poor, and we were overcharged. They charged PHP 1,250 for an extra person but didn’t provide an extra bed, so what was the extra charge for? Worst experience. I wouldn’t give even one star.

The room and bathroom were unclean, and the veranda had dusty, broken chairs. The pillows, couches, and blankets smelled bad and felt damp. When we asked the man about getting TV channels, he didn’t seem to know how, and the Wi-Fi was so slow it was practically useless. We weren’t properly welcomed when we arrived, not even a greeting or a smile. It seemed there were only two staff members, a man at the front desk and a woman handling both reception and housekeeping. The stay wasn’t worth it. Hotel Carlito is much better, and I’d tell people not to waste their time at Lee Boutique. Honestly, I wonder if some of the positive reviews are from relatives or acquaintances for marketing.
