The location made it easy for my family to get around Tagaytay while visiting friends and family, as well as tourist spots and places to eat. The price was quite reasonable, and I’d definitely return if I’m in Tagaytay again. We got a warm welcome when we walked in, and everyone was very helpful carrying our bags. The rooms were cool with AC, and the shower got hot. I hadn’t realized that when the light says “Trip,” you need to press “Reset” so the “Power” light comes on. That was my mistake. They provide the basics for getting clean, including soap, a toothbrush, toothpaste, and shampoo. The towels were folded into cute swans, and the front desk was happy to bring more toilet paper or coffee. They also gave useful, direct answers to our questions about food and things to do. The rooms were clean for the most part, so I can’t really complain.

The room was clean, and the staff were polite and attentive. It’s handy for commuters, with a bus liner just a few meters away. There aren’t any facilities beyond the room, so it works well if you just need somewhere to sleep or don’t plan to spend much time there. I’m giving it four stars because the price matches what’s offered, and I think they deliver that well.
