The food was average, and I thought it was overpriced for the quality. Staff were courteous and accommodating, though the service and guest experience could improve. The hotel is strict about its 2:00 PM check-in and doesn’t allow early check-in, but even though we arrived at 1:30 PM, our room wasn’t ready until 2:23 PM. If guests have to follow the 2:00 PM check-in time, rooms should be ready then.

The location is handy, though being right beside the main road means it can get noisy at times. Breakfast was included and enjoyable, with a good choice of fresh, tasty food. My family and I had a pleasant stay, and the friendly, accommodating staff always greeted me when they saw me. I’d still recommend the hotel for its hospitable staff and service.

There are plenty of nearby restaurants, and getting around by public transport is easy. The rooms were clean and well organized, and the free breakfast was delicious and filling. We also enjoyed the evening band, singers, and performers. It’s a great place for a family holiday or some relaxation. We had an excellent stay, keep it up!

Breakfast was delicious, with unlimited brewed coffee, latte, or cappuccino included. The staff were kind and easy to talk to, and there’s a restaurant inside. The place was really clean and close to the highway, with Oval within walking distance for a jog. We’ll definitely be back.

Our family of five, three adults and two kids, found the room spacious, tidy, and clean. The food was great, and the staff were friendly and very accommodating. There’s free coffee in the lobby, though the WiFi kept fluctuating. I’d recommend the place. Thank you.
