Sir Arvin was attentive and polite, and kept making sure everything was just right throughout our visit. The cozy, intimate setup was lovely, and the food and ambiance made a great mood for a romantic date. It was a really nice evening, with warm, professional service. Highly recommended for a date night! 💕

We felt at ease with the guards and CCTV, and the hotel was sparkling clean, with well-maintained amenities. The staff were friendly and ready to help. We had a short staycation at Via Appia, and the room was a good size for a couple. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the view alongside the cool Tagaytay weather was amazing. The hotel has a lovely character, and we'd definitely recommend it for a relaxing getaway.

The wedding day staff were warm, respectful, and attentive to us and our guests. Our all-in wedding package at Via Appia Hotel Tagaytay included styling, catering, lights and sounds, and a complimentary room. Everything was well coordinated from beginning to end, which let us enjoy the day without stress. Ms. Glai, the coordinator, was consistently supportive, professional, and accommodating during planning. She patiently answered our questions and concerns, and her hands-on guidance gave us peace of mind. We’re very grateful for the excellent service and care.

The garden view was lovely, and we slept well, though we spent pretty much the whole stay just sleeping. The garden and exterior give the hotel a romantic feel, and there’s a chapel too, so it could suit an intimate wedding. Our room was decent for the price, but not very spacious, and there’s not much to expect in the interiors or amenities. It seems best for couples, a small group of friends, or a small family staying overnight or for a weekend. It’s not a place with things for kids to do. Getting there can be tricky. The roads are narrow, steep, and poorly lit, so I’d avoid driving there at night. If it’s your first time driving, be extra careful.
