🚨 SCAM ALERT 🚨 I strongly advise against booking this property. They refused to change my dates even though I was trying to correct a simple typo right away, and insisted I pay for every date. They allow no refunds or modifications. The property blamed Travelocity, while Travelocity said I had to take it up with the property, leaving each side to push me toward the other. Up close, the place also looked awful and nothing like the online photos. The people involved were horrible to deal with.

I stayed for a week and would happily return. The manager and staff were friendly and easy to deal with, and downstairs there are Asian and Western restaurants plus a bank. Starbucks is a short way up the road. The apartment itself was bright, clean, and had what I needed. I especially enjoyed the balcony view and the fresh air and cool breeze, a welcome break from Manila's heat. The Smart TV was handy for browsing the web and posting FB updates to make my friends jealous.

Sliding the curtains aside reveals a clear view of Taal Volcano right from the bed, whether you're sitting up or lying down. The place feels fascinating and relaxing, and I thought it was worth the price. I'd recommend it to everyone.

Miss Jazz and the staff were friendly and professional. The top-floor apartment has a lovely view across the lake and countryside, especially when low mist makes it feel as if you're floating on a cloud. It's near Sky Ranch and only a short walk from shops and restaurants. Jeepneys stop right outside, making it easy to reach the Manila bus stop.
