Today, Nov.29 /2025, a security guard came speeding through Camella Resort, weaving around on a motorcycle with no muffler and making a terrible racket. Our 6-year-old child was almost run over. How can security drive so recklessly and macho in a 20 Km ?Zone? He was going 40-60 km and had no way to brake in time. We invest a lot of by Camella home 🏠, and there's no respect for the customer. Someone should explain who pays this guy's salary, the Lord or Angel 😇 Amen 😠

It's party time today, 10.50h, with loud disco sound that just keeps going. The kids can't sleep. Maybe the security guards are sleeping through it 😴😴😴. The disco sound still hadn't stopped at 23:37 h ????

It looks pretty from the outside, but the homes feel like poorly built concrete boxes that trap the heat. There are problems all over the place, including plumbing leaks, undersized septic systems, not enough electrical capacity, windows that don't seal, and roofs that leak. The list just keeps going.

Tucked at the foot of Mt. Banat, Camella Homes in Bohol is quiet and feels safe. It's a peaceful place to sleep well.

There were extra charges hidden from us until just before move-in. The materials were poor quality, and the site seemed short on workers and technical or specialist knowledge. They also hesitated to use project management systems, which meant poor supervision.
