The reception staff were the only reason I gave this place one star. The air-conditioning kept malfunctioning, and I had to reset it every 10 minutes. There was a warning above the bathroom sink saying not to lean on it. My six-year-old nephew went to wash his hands and the sink fell on him. It should have been fixed instead of relying on a sign. I’ll follow up with the relevant government authority and photos. My wife has cancer and needs adult diapers. Management kept our 1000-peso incidental deposit because of urine stains on the sheets. If you have an illness, I’d suggest staying elsewhere if you need that deposit back. It also left me wondering whether they change the sheets when they still look clean. Please don’t go to this hotel.
