It's a workplace, but there isn't enough parking for all the occupants and tenants. You'll have to park somewhere like the Gallery Parkade.

There's plenty of food to choose from, and SM Aura and mall market market are nearby. You can walk, exercise, or drive around, and the trip isn't difficult, though there's a little traffic. The drive doesn't feel boring, especially with music on for a relaxing ride. The place is beautiful and neat.

The building looks beautiful inside and out, and it really feels like home. Looking outside can make you feel like you're in a rich country such as Europe. The amenities are fun, and spending time there with friends and family was a great experience.

The gym is spacious and clean, and the pool is very clean too. There's also a sauna in each bathroom and shower room. The residential building is tidy and well maintained, with helpful lobby staff. It's a great spot for strolling around bonifacio high street, and my stay was very good. The lobby AC isn't very cold, so it's not comfortable to wait there long for a Taxi or grab.
