The bed was really comfortable, almost like a hotel bed, and the price and location work well. We’d probably stay again if we’re back in BGC. We’d read so many bad reviews that we expected the worst. Our main hassle was check-in: there weren’t clear instructions or a contact person we could reach beforehand. Once we finally got our pass, we were given a number for our specific unit, and she was already responsive. We booked through Agoda. The unit and building both seem a little old, though nothing that bothered us much.

Right in the middle of BGC, so convenience shops, restaurants, and business areas are all nearby. The neighborhood also felt safe and secure.

The studio was surprisingly big, and the area stayed quiet even on the 3rd floor where I was. McDonald's and Max are right across the street, and Forbestown is a short walk away. High Street isn't too far either. I walked all the way to Serendra for breakfast. Greenway Park is close by too if you'd rather run there and feel safer than running on the road.

The location is great, but I wouldn't book this property again. My booking was cancelled without any earlier notice, and I only found out after arriving in Manila. I booked again, but they couldn't find that reservation until 1 am. After checkout, they wouldn't let me leave my luggage there. If they're going to operate like a hotel or a so-called serviced apartment, they should act like one.

I was expecting a hotel room, but it turned out to be a fully furnished condo for a staycation, with all the amenities of a condo and more. The room was spacious, which I hadn't expected. The staff were friendly and accommodating. You're also close to the center of activity in BGC, with High Street and lots of restaurants just a short walk away. I'd definitely come back.
