Venice grand canal mall is only a few steps away, with plenty of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The spot is convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I'd recommend it for anyone staying around McKinley Hill.

I wouldn't recommend living here. The facade hides a lot of problems: the admin fee in 2026 is 150 per sqm, and despite trying several times to join the Zoom meeting about the association dues increase, I was never admitted. In tower D, you need a keycard for the elevator as well as your door key. If you go down for a food delivery and forget it, expect to wait in the lobby around 30 minutes for someone to tap you in. Leaving the unit empty for several days will, in my experience, result in mould. There's also a huge crack in the foundation near the elevator in the picture, which wasn't enlarged and was shown at original size, so I have doubts about the structural integrity. You can hear noise from upstairs because the soundproofing is poor, and the place is infested with roaches. Drinking water deliveries can't come to the unit either. You have to meet the rider on Basement 1, where there's no cellphone signal, and collect it there.

With the Grand Canal and its upscale amenities, Venice Luxury Residences in McKinley Hill has a distinctive feel. It brings together comfort, luxury, and a touch of European style inspired by Venice, Italy.

It feels clean, comfortable, and relaxing here. From a chair on a higher-floor balcony, reading a book and looking out at the view gave me a nostalgic feeling.
