The hotel is handy for the Tagum Terminal, which is its biggest plus if you're traveling in or out of the city. Prices are very affordable, so it makes sense for a short stay or a tight budget. Rooms are clean and come with air conditioning, and the Wi-Fi is free and reliable. There's also free self-parking, a front desk that's open all day and night, and different room options, including larger family rooms. It's a practical place with the essentials and a convenient location. Some reviews mention minor upkeep issues such as water pressure, but it can still be a comfortable base for budget travelers or a quick stop in Tagum.

The room was really dusty and didn't seem to have been cleaned properly. The rooms need renovation, and the toilet is awful. Water in the bathroom runs very slowly.

We paid 800php for one night, so you get what you pay for. Some rooms don't have water, but when we asked to move, the staff kindly transferred us to another room.

The hotel is closed, yet it still took my payment. How do I get the credit card charge refunded? This cost us money and time. I'm so disappointed.

Be careful, the hotel is already closed but still appears active and accepts payment through agoda. We lost money and were put through a lot of inconvenience.
