I realized around 10am that I’d booked in the wrong city, since I thought this was in Davao City, where I was heading. I’d made the booking at about 8am and asked to cancel as soon as I noticed. Check-in wasn’t until 2pm, but they still refused to refund me. After seeing the earlier feedback, I can’t say I’m surprised.

We arrived to find the building shut, even though I’d paid online for one night and the property was still accepting bookings. I haven’t been able to get a refund either.
