It’s an affordable room, so you get what you pay for, but the online photos don’t match the actual room. The room was clean, though the bedsheets and pillowcases smelled bad and looked like they hadn’t been changed. Outside noise carried in, and there was no curtain over the window opening, so someone outside could see you changing.

The stairs were dirty and didn’t seem to be maintained. The water dipper was filthy, and nobody seemed to check how long the dirt had made it slippery. Finding the place can also be a headache: there are two properties with the same name, it’s tucked far inside, and there’s a lot of roadwork going on.

Edilberto's has a cozy, homey feel, like a house turned into a restaurant. The portions are generous and the food tastes like hearty home cooking, all at prices that won’t hurt your budget. It’s a no-frills place with a delicious range of dishes, and I really enjoyed eating here.

I’m enjoying my stay. It’s a good, inexpensive place to relax and get some rest, whether you’re on your own or with a partner.

Nice room and friendly staff. The comfort room had no hot water, and once we didn’t have water for a shower.
