The espresso machine makes a proper espresso, which can be hard to find in the Phillipines. The TV was easy to enjoy, the air conditioning ran quietly, and the bathroom was nicely finished with good towels and bedding. I also found the bed comfortable and the pillows high quality. Each room has its own character, with practical furnishings and a warm feel. From the beautifully arranged parking area to the attentive welcome throughout my stay, everything was very clean and thoughtfully put together. I recommend this unique hotel without hesitation.

This was our second visit, and the owner was very accommodating again. The room and the rest of the place feel relaxing, and the value for money is amazing. It’s a place to stay in Tanuan.

Our four-night stay in the Sydney Room, the one farthest from the main road, was a great experience. The room was very clean and had a little kitchenette. We’ll come back!

Mr. Simon, the owner, is an excellent person. It’s a classy, beautiful place, and the experience was exceptional in every way.

There can be noise since it’s right beside the highway, but the location is easily the most accessible of any hotel I’ve visited. For the price, the rooms are top notch, and I was honestly surprised. If you’re in lipa, go here. It really feels like a condo.
