Villa Excellance Beach & Wavepool Resort

The wave pool bubbles were so much fun 💗, and they even showed a movie at the beach area. It was really relaxing, just pure chill. There were lots of lifeguards on duty, and everyone can enjoy the resort, young or old. We’ve already come back three times because we were so happy with our outing. The whole place was clean, and the staff were really kind. Someone was there to help us as soon as we got out at the entrance. The rooms look really nice, but we haven’t stayed in one yet since we always do a day tour. Hopefully we’ll get to stay overnight in a room sometime 🤗

We loved the pool and the peaceful surroundings, and the amenities made everything comfortable and easy. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with whatever we needed. The place was clean, well maintained, and had a relaxing atmosphere, making it a great spot to spend time with family and friends. Our overnight stay at Villa Excellance was wonderful and definitely worth it. We’d love to come back and highly recommend it for a relaxing, memorable getaway! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We’ve visited Villa Excellance about 5-6 times with friends and officemates, but our first stay there with my husband and son is the one I’ll never forget. My father had passed away unexpectedly, and I was carrying so much pain. That week was full of heartbreak, endless tears, and sadness. We decided to take a short break and breathe, and choosing Villa Excellance was one of the best decisions we made during that hard time. The place brought us comfort and peace when we needed it most. We loved the relaxing atmosphere, clean surroundings, and amazing pool area, especially the wave pool and slides. One of the happiest moments was watching my son smile and laugh during the mascot parade. For a while, the heaviness in my heart faded as we shared that joy as a family. The sunset that day was beautiful too. It reminded me that even when today is painful, tomorrow can bring hope and a chance to heal. Villa Excellance will always be special to us. It became more than a staycation, it was a place of comfort, healing, and precious family memories.

The Octoberfest event was a highlight for us. The hosts were engaging, the band was excellent, and the games were fun. They ended with a fireworks display too! An unlimited drinks option would be nice, though we weren’t sure if it was already available. The staff were pleasant, accommodating, and well trained, and the general pool areas were clean and well maintained. There were enough lifeguards on duty, though the chlorine was quite strong in some pools. The hotel had a pleasant atmosphere, and we had a good experience overall, so we’d definitely return. There was a major booking problem, though. We paid more for Room 231 because it overlooked the kiddie pool for our toddler. Nobody told us before arrival that the pool was under renovation and the view would be blocked, which took away the value of the premium room. We asked to change rooms but were told everything was fully booked. Future guests should be told about closures before they finalize their reservation.
