Our room at Captains Lodge was spacious, spotless, and affordable, and the staff were always smiling and ready to help. We stayed three nights and could walk to everything we needed in Panglao, including lots of restaurants, shops, and markets. Alona Beach is less than a ten-minute walk away. There’s a decent restaurant on site, and our private terrace had a table and chairs where we could eat. I’d recommend it for a meal or a stay.

We stayed for two nights, and the room looked just like the photos. It was very spacious and had a pleasant garden view. Breakfast wasn’t included, but the restaurant offered plenty of choices at affordable prices. The location is handy for restaurants, banks, money exchange, convenience stores, and Alona Beach. We did have a bathroom leak that flooded into the room and got some of our clothes wet, but the staff managed to fix it. There are things to do like billiards and reading books. I’d stay again and recommend it.

The location right in the center of alona was very convenient, and I loved that there were friendly cats around. The rooms were good for the price, and the atmosphere was relaxing. Check-in and checkout were easy, and the front desk Ates were helpful whenever we had a concern.

The staff were kind and accommodating, and the small garden and restaurant were nice touches in a quiet, relaxing hotel area. The grounds aren’t very large, and the entrance sits between two other establishments. It’s within walking distance of Alona Beach and the Business Center. Our room was spacious and nice, and we had a great stay overall. I’d come back. A few things could be better: a bidet in the toilet, secure locks on every room door, a larger blanket, and faster internet. I’d also suggest shifting security guards for day and night. There seemed to be just one guard on duty until around 10 pm, and I wondered about overnight coverage. See you again soon.

The room was spacious, the bathroom very clean, and there was hot water in the shower. The air conditioning was strong, towels were replaced daily, and the bar food was very affordable. Staff were friendly, and it’s only a five-to-seven-minute walk to alona beach resort. One issue came up on my second night: the flush stopped working, so I used the bucket instead. It wasn’t a big inconvenience for me, though foreign guests might find it inconvenient. The lighting was too dim for my taste, so a brighter option would be nice. If I come back to Bohol, I’ll book here again.
