Hotel Lorita

The mini fridge in the room was handy, and there's free wifi. We got a good price because it was on promo. There's no complimentary breakfast, and their resto opens late in the morning, so eat outside. The hot shower wasn't working. The parking entrance is narrow, just enough for a car to fit.

Updated Feb 2019: the wifi still wasn't working, even in the lobby, and the aircon was noisy and not functioning well. We only stayed because other hotels were fully booked. Not recommended 😊 Thank me in advance. Feb 2018: The place felt cramped, with a small table. The shower had no zocalo or curtain, so the whole bathroom got wet. The hot shower wasn't hot, or even warm. The TV was small and the mugs were chipped. The receptionist wasn't welcoming, and they close the doors at 10pm, so you have to knock.

The staff are kind, and there's a restaurant on the ground floor. St. Peter Cathedral is nearby, as is a 7 eleven, and the public market, malls and banks are all within walking distance. Parking is spacious, though the entrance is narrow. There's no elevator. I don't know if that's still the case now.

The single room at 1000Php/night wasn't worth the price. At 12am, I was moved to a Mantrimonial Room because the aircon wasn't working well. That room, at 1700Php/night, still wasn't worth the price.
