Sarojus Farmview Hotel

The view is peaceful, the place is beautiful, and the staff are friendly. But events can make it really noisy, with karaoke and parties going late into the night and sometimes loud, intoxicated guests. The owner should separate the rooms from the event area so guests can get some rest.

We got a very good rate on Agoda, and even with few online photos that were often outdated, the place didn't disappoint. It's peaceful and clean, and the staff are friendly and eager to help. Food and room service were a plus. We used the hotel as a halfway house while visiting friends in Urdaneta and paying homage to Our Lady of Manaog, both an easy 15-20 minute drive away. Truly a hidden gem, and worth recommending.

The place is quiet and in a great location. Our room was clean, the food was great, and the staff were friendly and really accommodating.

The pool was out of service, and the waiting room or hall was closed. It looked like we were the only guests there. Even so, when we asked for a refund for the unused nights because we weren't happy with our stay, the property and Expedia both refused. It felt like they kept our money instead of trying to satisfy us. We won't forget how this was handled, and we won't be back. We booked through Expedia for a few nights while visiting my wife's hometown. The place was very remote, which wasn't a big deal by itself. But just three minutes after arriving, we were asked to choose our meals for every day of our stay. The room smelled, and the fridge did too, like it hadn't been plugged in. Nothing was plugged in. We were tired and lay down, only to find ants in the bed. When my wife mentioned the ants to the kid at the desk, who was on his phone, he rudely asked if we'd been eating in the room, even though we'd only just arrived. He handed us bug spray as a solution. Then at 11:45 pm, the phone kept ringing until we finally answered, and they wanted to know what time we wanted breakfast. Really, that couldn't wait until morning? My wife was disgusted with the way everything was handled and didn't want to stay another night. Horrible experience. Good riddance.
