The pool sits in a lovely garden, making the whole place feel peaceful and close to nature. The staff were amazing, and I had a nice, quiet stay. The apartments felt very safe, and the furniture was modern and nice. Valencia city centre is only a five-minute walk away, with its local food market and shops. You can take a pedicab to Dumaguete city center in about 10-15 minutes, or rent a motorbike or ask a pedicab or motorbike driver to take you somewhere nearby for a good price. I highly recommend it if you're looking for a peaceful place.

I loved the quiet atmosphere, fresh breeze, and cold spring water. Even the pool felt like spring water, with no chemicals in it. The room was a 4/5, and there’s no restaurant, but you can cook your own food. The ambiance is awesome.

I've stayed here three times because it's a nice, peaceful and quiet place for the price. There’s no food at the hotel, so bring your own or buy something at Valencia Plaza, which is very close by.

The little swimming pool and nice bathroom were good, and the apartment had pretty much everything you might need. But for a one-night stay it felt overpriced. There were hundreds of huge ants everywhere, no TV in the bedroom, and the beds were uncomfortable.
