Right in the Kalye Crisologo area, and breakfast was good. We visited during stormy weather and noticed some small leaks around the AC and sink, but the staff responded well and offered to move us to another room. It’s an affordable hotel in the heart of the city, and I’d recommend it.

The room sconces gave things a cozy, vintage feel, while the chandeliers brought a warm golden glow to the hall. Their light picked out the detailed ceiling patterns and made the heritage-style setting feel almost regal. The mix of grand lighting and softer room lights worked really well.

The room was roomy and the staff were genuinely nice, but the CR was cramped and its cleanliness was only a 4/10. There were yellow marks inside the bowl and a bad smell. Parking is there, though it gets tight with so many motorcycles outside, so SUV drivers should be careful. Breakfast was disappointing too: bland, with rubbery tocino and corned beef that tasted like the cheapest kind at the market. Even with those issues, I’d still recommend the place.

The photos on the booking app honestly didn’t make the place look good, but the building and rooms turned out to be well kept. For an old colonial building, it looks amazing. Breakfast was tasty, especially the Vigan longanisa, and the staff were warm and friendly. It’s close to everything, so I’d definitely come back.
