OYO 799 Ddd Habitat Iloilo

The room was decent and nice for the price, and I enjoyed my stay. The bathroom could use some improvement, though. I’d recommend this place and would stay again if I get the chance to return to Iloilo City.

The location worked well for me, close to the university and within reach of the places I needed. The price was good, and I appreciated the staff when I asked if I could check out early because of an unforeseen event. The room has its own clean CR, but it could use some upkeep. There’s a kit too. It may be cheaper because there’s no TV and the Wi-Fi is weak, but you get what you pay for. The air conditioning is reliable, so that was fine.

This is an affordable, clean little hotel near Central Philippine University, right behind Rex Book Store. It can be hard to spot because the small sign outside only says Ddd Habitat Iloilo, with no OYO 799. The room has AC and Wi-Fi. The owner collects antique furniture and other items.

I’m writing this at 2:00 a.m. while the two dogs kept on the property bark loudly enough to wake the dead. This is my third and last night here. They’re kept right beside my current room and seem allowed to bark at any hour, day or night. I complained, but nobody seems to care. The first room they gave me was quieter, but the toilet and shower were in separate rooms down the hall, which I found unacceptable. They moved me the next day to this room. There’s no hot water, so the showers are cold, and there’s no TV. The internet is sporadic. A bad experience.
