The food was far below average for the sky-high prices, and the dining experience was one of the worst I’ve had. The restaurant and washrooms were filthy, with very poor cleanliness and hygiene, and the whole place felt neglected. Management needs to address cleanliness, quality control, and customer standards. I’d strongly recommend avoiding it.

The meal arrived very late and didn’t taste fresh, almost as if it had been made several days earlier. The hotel was quite expensive for the service we received.

The staff were polite and helpful whenever I needed anything, and the hotel has a welcoming feel in a convenient location. My clean, comfortable room was a cozy place to relax. I had a pleasant stay at Hotel 1 Mansera and might come back for another short visit.

Dinner here was a bad experience. The food came late, and the tasyee didn’t meet expectations at all for the prices.

The peaceful, beautiful views around the hotel were a highlight, and the staff were courteous and welcoming. Management was professional and made the stay comfortable. It’s an admirable place in Mansehra, with easy access straight from the motorway.
