The rooms were roomy and the hotel was nice, and everything else felt up to standard. We came during the season, though, and Hunza was still hot enough that we needed a fan. There weren't any in the hotel, and internet access was barely available.

We spent two nights here, and the peaceful setting and ideal location made it a highlight of our Hunza trip. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean, and the food was amazing. The resort is run by a lovely, educated couple, including Mr.israr. I'd happily return.

The food and accommodation turned out to be a lovely surprise, and the views on both sides of the hotel were amazing. The clean, hygienic surroundings and the staff's great hospitality made our Hunza trip feel even better. They work hard to give visitors the best service they can, and it was good value for the money.

We had a wonderful mountain view from our room, which was nice and comfortable. Breakfast came with the package, and this is one of the few places around with WiFi. The lobby had a feet-like smell, though.

The staff argued about everything and weren't cooperative. We had no hot water, and the hotel had no electricity, so our phones ran out of charge and we had to charge them in the car. The service was very poor.
