Hindukush Heights Chitral

The staff at Hindu kush height Hotel were polite and had a good attitude. It's an excellent hotel, and I recommend it to guests coming to Chital.

The resort has excellent rooms and amazing views, but the service left me very disappointed. I visited with my family, 11 of us in total, to enjoy the scenery and have drinks and coffee. The bill for just five coffees and six glasses of lemon water came to Rs.8,500, which shocked me. When we checked, we saw we'd been charged twice the amount. After we pointed it out, the staff hesitated and their expressions changed, as if they'd been caught, then corrected the bill right away. At a luxury resort, you don't expect something like that.

The staff even went out of their way to bake a birthday cake for my husband, which was the most memorable part of our stay. Their kindness, hospitality, love, and respect really touched us. The owners welcomed and guided us so kindly, and we loved staying here. The location is convenient for visiting Chitral, with helpful, cooperative staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and amazingly delicious food. If we return to Chitral, we'd love to stay again.

We're loving our stay here. The staff are so hospitable, and the beautiful rooms have breathtaking views. The food is delicious too.
