We booked three rooms and none met the mark. The tap water seemed strange, we weren’t given enough blankets, and there was no warm water.

The price was economical, but the room service wasn’t good.

The VIP rooms were spacious and really cozy. I found the location convenient, with a Masjid next door, and the staff were cooperative, including Irfaan Sb and Shahzaib. I’ve stayed at Hotel One and Avari Xpress for years, but this was my first time here. The breakfast needs work: there were very few parathaas, so visitors were left competing for them, and when I asked, they said they were out of butter. The jam and other bottles were odd and unlabeled. Even so, it’s a very nice place and I’d highly recommend Lords Inn. Best wishes.

The rooms are in good condition, and the washroom was neat and clean.

I had a confirmed booking and had paid in full, but when I arrived they refused to honor it. They checked my ID and said the local address was another reason they couldn’t let me check in, claiming they had an agreement with the local police not to accept guests with a local ID address. The manager wouldn’t even come out to speak with me at reception. The staff and manager were awful. Avoid!
