The service and staff left me fully satisfied, and the environment is beautiful. There's a 24/7 AC backup generator. Please visit, it's fully safe for families.

The rooms are okay, but a bit expensive. The price should be 1000 to 2000 less.

I checked into Hotel Silk at night for a one-day stay and got no service at all until noon. In the morning, they even switched off the AC from the back. When I asked the staff about it, they said there was no light, but when I went to reception, all the AC units were on. It was a very bad experience. My advice: don't go there.

The washrooms need renovating. Otherwise, it was a good experience with family.
