It’s right in the heart of Gilgit, with a pleasant atmosphere. The rooms are neat, clean, and good.

We never reached the hotel because a landslide stopped us. It was a real shame, since the place looked great and the staff seemed so friendly. They came across as very professional, and I’d book there anytime. Highly recommend.

The place was perfect. The rooms looked even better in person than in the photos, and they were new and super clean. Every room had a new TCL smart TV. There were shops and restaurants nearby, and the staff were lovely and very helpful.

I rarely leave a bad review, but I want people to know what happened. My standard room was unbearably hot, like a sauna, and the furniture blocked the window so I couldn’t open it for a breeze. It was cooler outside than in my room, even with the fan running. When I asked the front desk for help, they sent me to the property manager. At first he laughed and said it was hot in Gilgit and I’d booked a standard room. I’d booked a room, not a sauna. I said I’d post about the poor condition of the room. About ten minutes later, he returned and offered me a “complimentary” upgrade to a room with air conditioning. I’ve experienced incredible hospitality in Pakistan, but this was my worst stay. I’d urge people to look elsewhere.
