The rooms were well set up, with the essentials, good quality furniture, and the guest facilities I needed. Housekeeping were ready to help with a smile, and the staff throughout the hotel were upbeat, professional, and had a real can-do attitude. I was there on a recent business trip to Gujranwala and enjoyed the stay a lot. Well done to the team, keep it up.

I was at a friend's walima dinner recently. The food stayed hot and was refilled regularly right through to the end, and the service was good. The chicken wasn't cooked properly this time, though. I really liked the chicken bbq, especially the malai boti and gola kebab, and the 'gajar ka halwa' was excellent.

Best Western is international, so I expected more. The staff are qualified and the ambience is good, but the food quality didn't make the highest prices in Gujranwala feel worthwhile. I don't mind paying more when the service and the quality and quantity of the food justify it. You can find better food for better prices elsewhere in Gujranwala, with a similar ambience.

The staff were welcoming and very helpful, and the big rooms had everything a traveler needs, all in high quality. I'd put this among the best places to stay in Pakistan. I enjoyed it a lot and had nothing to complain about.
8/10
I loved the ambience, and it's a very quiet spot for fine dining. The food is always fresh and piping hot, and the service was great too. One thing, though: they don't return all your leftovers. We had about half a big bowl of soup to take home, but by the time we got back there were barely 10 spoons' worth.
