Hotel Paradise Lounge

Today, 5th Nov 2025, I’m staying at paradise hotel and really appreciate the service. The rooms are well maintained, the washrooms neat and clean, and the staff efficient. The manager is professional and very good. A1 services, I highly recommend it for families. Dr.zaki Reaz, from Karachi

Food and shopping are nearby, and parking is available. The rooms are neat, service is good, and the staff are obedient and cooperative.

The tea used to be the one good thing, but now it’s the worst. A 200 rupee cup tasting this bad isn’t justified. Services are getting worse day by day, especially the cleaning and maintenance of electric boards and washrooms.

The staff were courteous and hardworking, though I think they need more motivation and guidance from management or the owners. The reception was slow to respond, perhaps because they’re overworked or understaffed. Management didn’t seem concerned about making improvements. Because the guesthouse is near the railway lines, train noise carries into the rooms. These are national lines, so you can imagine how loud it gets. The rooms were relatively clean compared with other hotels in Sindh except Karachi, but still need a thorough clean. Standards were low overall, though within what I consider acceptable for Sindh. Bedsheets and towels were clean. Breakfast was basic and the tea was cold. I found the hotel food unhygienic, and the kitchen needs several improvements. I’m not sure whether there’s a food authority in Sindh, but if there is, it should fine the hotel for selling unhygienic food and keeping dirty kitchen conditions. I suggest avoiding the hotel’s food while staying there. They should use checklists and better cleaning materials and equipment for the rooms, improve kitchen hygiene significantly, and have staff shower, wear clean clothes, and put on proper shoes.
