The only clean thing was the Roof xd. The rooms were poorly maintained, the bathrooms were unhygienic, and the hotel wasn’t clean at all. Housekeeping standards were below expectations. Basic cleanliness is essential for a stay, and it was clearly lacking at Hotel AK Rezidor. Management needs to improve cleanliness and maintenance so guests can have a comfortable, hygienic environment. Unfortunately, my recent stay was very disappointing.

We stayed one night with family and had a neat, clean room. The staff were responsive and cooperative. The location was a bit noisy, but we all felt at peace.

The location is better because it’s near the bus terminal, and it’s easy to get to the airport or go anywhere. A market is nearby, and food is easy to find at restaurants. Good service, a clean room, and friendly staff.

It’s easy to reach, near Srinagar highway in Islamabad, and close to the airport as well as well-known areas of the capital.

The room was neat and clean, and the service was good at Bast Guest House Family.
