The staff were polite and very cooperative, but the room issues I noticed were serious. The mattress felt bad, with springs inside, and it didn't seem to have been cleaned. They changed the top bedsheet, but after sleeping I got itchy. It made me wonder if there might be bedbugs. The toilet had no exhaust fan or ventilation, so it smelled awful, sometimes making the room smell too. The video shows a very impressive room, but these problems are still there.

They found us a room right away when I arrived around 6:30 pm. The room and toilet were cleaned before we moved in, and the beds were comfortable. The washroom had a clean towel, new soap and shampoo, and running water, though the shower didn't work, so I used the bucket. I also found hairs on the bedsheets and pillow cover. There was no fridge or kettle in the room; drinking water wasn't provided, but we didn't ask for it. Breakfast wasn't included in the rent. The air-conditioning worked well, though staff controlled it remotely. There were mosquitoes even in June. The next day, staff switched the air-conditioning off at 12:00 noon, and we were asked to leave by 2:30 pm.

Capri inn Guesthouse was completely shut when I arrived very early in the morning, exhausted from traveling, and there was no staff around. I waited a long time and tried to get someone's attention, but nobody came to help. It disrupted my plans and left me with no choice but to leave disappointed. A very poor experience, and I can't recommend this guesthouse.

It was quiet and relaxing, and the location was convenient for the Airport and G13 Markez. The food was really good, especially breakfast. The workers were friendly and helpful throughout, especially sir Attique, and made sure I had what I needed. The rooms were comfortable, the place was clean and cozy, and it felt like home. I'd love to come back, and I think anyone would enjoy staying here.
